Our reporting process, via the Reporting Office, is aimed at enabling our employees, business partners and stakeholders along the supply chain to report illegal or unethical conduct. Among other things, violations of criminal law, antitrust law, employment law or infringements of data protection can be reported to us.
Our reporting system is a confidential and secure channel for whistleblowers that enables whistleblowers to report suspicions discreetly. Through this whistleblower system, we contribute to compliance with legal and ethical standards and promote a transparent corporate culture.
La nostra procedura di segnalazione tramite l’ufficio di comunicazione, rivolta alle nostre collaboratrici e ai nostri collaboratori, ai nostri partner commerciali e ai soggetti lungo la filiera, permette di segnalare comportamenti illeciti o non etici.
